PENTINGNYA HAK CIPTA




            Karya Ilmiah biasanya ditugaskan oleh dosen kepada para mahasiswanya guna memenuhi nilai nilai mata kuliah. Tetapi mahasiswa cenderung hanya mengcopy paste saja tulisan karya ilmiah tersebut tanpa mengetahui isinya. Sebenarnya boleh saja kita copy paste atau lebih tepatnya menyadur, asal kita paham isinya apa dan cantumkan sumbernya!. Hargai dong si pembuat karya ilmiah yang lo copas itu!. Kalau kalian tidak mencamtukan sumber bisa saja karya ilmiah seseorang yang ada di internet sudah dilindungi HAK CIPTA Kalau iya, kalian bisa dipidanakan karena telah mencuri suatu ciptaan milik seseorang. 

Nah Sekarang siapa sih pemegang hak cipta itu ? Menurut UU no.28 tahun 2014 pasal 1 “pencipta sebagai pemilik hak cipta, pihak yang menerima hak tersebut secara sah dari Pencipta, atau pihak lain yang menerima lebih lanjut hak dari pihak yang menerima hak tersebut secara sah”. Ribet ya haha. Ya intinya si pemegang hak cipta itu seseorang pencipta yang sudah mendaftarkan ciptaannya ke direktorat jendral hak kekayaan intelektual. 




 menurut pasal 12 ayat 1 menyebutkan bahwa ciptaan yang dapat dilindungi adalah bidang ilmu pengetahuan, seni, dan sastra yang mencakup:

1. Buku, Program Komputer, Phamplet, Karya Tulis.
2. Ceramah, Kuliah, Pidato dan ciptaan lain yang sejenis.
3. Alat peraga yang dibuat untuk kepentingan pendidikan dan ilmu pengetahuan.
4. Lagu, Drama musikal, pewayangan, koreografi, pantonim.
5. Seni rupa
6. Arsitektur
7. Peta
8. Fotografi
9. Seni batik
10. Sinematografi
11. Terjemahan, Tafsir, Saduran.



Semua itu bisa dijadikan hak cipta oleh si pencipta. untuk mendaftarkan hak cipta tersebut  bisa langsung lewat pemerintah dan bisa juga melalui lembaga asosiasi sebagai berikut:

2. ASPIRI
3. APMINDO
4. ASPILUKI
5. ASIREFI

Sikap Profesionalisme Pemanfaatan Teknologi Sistem Informasi

Berikut beberapa contoh sikap profesionalisme pemanfaatan Teknologi Sistem informasi baik sebagai pengguna maupun sebagai pembuat:
Contoh sikap profesional pemanfaatan TSI sebagai pengguna adalah
  1. Menggunakan teknologi sesuai dengan “Syarat dan Ketentuan” yang telah disetujui saat menggunakannya                                                                                                                 
  2. Tidak menyebarluaskan berita yang tidak relevan melalui media TSI
  1. Menghargai pembuat software dengan menggunakan software resmi berlisensi

Contoh sikap profesional pemanfaatan TSI sebagai pembuat adalah
  1. Membuat program sesuai dengan permintaan
  1. Tidak menyisipkan hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan (misal : virus) ke dalam program
  1. Merespon feedback dari pengguna dengan memberikan solusi atau update software

Tugas Web Designer

Web desainer merupakan jenis pekerjaan yang memfokuskan dalam perencanaaa, pembuatan dan merancang kode situs internet dan halaman web, banyak yang menggabungkan konten web teks dengan suara, gambar, grafik dan video klip. Web desainer berpengalaman dengan portofolio yang kuat sering dapat bekerja secara freelance. Web desainer bisa bekerja secara permanen pada perusahaan internet / website atau bisa juga dengan bekerja sebagai freelance atau bisa juga merancang dan membuat website untuk keperluan sendiri.

Tanggung Jawab Web desainer
Seorang desainer web bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan sebuah situs atau halaman web, ini termasuk desain, tata letak dan coding web, ini dapat berarti bekerja pada sebuah website baru atau memperbarui situs yang sudah ada.
